Every provider on Tend holds an active Texas license and passes credential verification.
Trust starts with verification. Before a provider appears on Tend, we confirm their active Texas license, NPI, and credentials against primary sources.
What we verify
Active state license in good standing, malpractice coverage, identity, and relevant specialty training. Profiles display credentials, languages spoken, and the conditions a provider treats.
Ongoing accountability
We re-check license status on a recurring basis and remove providers who fall out of good standing. Patient reviews are collected after real sessions.
